Great news! We’re now open for shopping at the store during the following hours:

Tuesday - Saturday 11-5 
Sunday 12-4

We’re available to take appointments for haircuts, hair color, massage, facials, brow shaping, brow tinting, and lash tinting all days of the week, however, in order to bring a bit of structure back into our lives, we will only be booking the services during store hours.

Please call us at the store during the above hours to schedule an appointment. As we continue to expand our services and hours, we will be updating our website, sending out emails, and posting updates on social media. Keep an eye out!

PHASE 4 : HEALTH & SAFTEY REQUIREMENTS

  • At this time we cannot accommodate walk-in clients. Please call us at (845)514-2360 or email us at info@florabeautyhudsonvalley.com in order to schedule an appointment. We will call you within 1 to 2 days. At that point we will book your time and, if the store will be closed during your appointment, we will take your email address and send you an invoice for pre-payment. If you wish to purchase anything from the store, this is a good time to do so! Just let us know what you would like. We will include your items in your invoice and have everything waiting for you at the front desk at the time of your appointment. For gratuity, we ask our clients to bring cash to their appointments.

  • Everyone must wear a face mask. If you have one that is worn around the ears, not behind the head, please use that one for your haircut appointment. If you do not have one, we will have some disposable extras on hand.

  • We will be providing our in-house Flora Hand Sanitizer upon entry at the front desk, within the salon, and in the treatment room. Please use it! If you would like to purchase some for your own personal use when the store is closed, please email us and we can set up a curbside pickup, local delivery, or shipment, or come back during store hours! 

  • We can only accommodate one person in the salon at a time and may not have anyone waiting inside for an appointment. Those waiting are welcome to sit on the bench outside, in their car, or take a walk for some shopping, food, or a beverage (we cannot serve beverages at this time, but feel free to ask for recommendations of where to go when you are making your appointment).

  • Please bring only your most essential belongings and leave jackets and extra clothing and bags in your car or at home. 

  • In order to minimize everyone’s exposure, we will not be offering hair washing or blow-drying at this time. Please arrive at the salon with freshly washed hair!

  • Our hair stylist and esthetician will be taking every precaution to ensure everyone’s safety. They will be wearing both a mask and a shield as well as using a new disposable cape and paper bedding for each client. They will be washing their hands before and after each client as well as sterilizing all surfaces and equipment. So that there is time for the necessary sanitizing between appointments, we ask all our clients to please arrive on time.

  • When you arrive for your appointment, if the store is closed, please look through the door for the stylist or esthetician. If he or she is not visible, you may call the store number at (845) 514-2360 to get his or her attention.

  • We will be taking temperatures with a no contact thermometer. If you are feeling the slightest bit unwell in any way, please call us to reschedule your appointment for another time. Also, if you have been traveling, please schedule your appointment for 14 days after you have remained local. 

  • If there’s anything you’d like to purchase outside of store hours or that is not on the website let us know. You can reach us at info@florabeautyhudsonvalley.com to arrange a pickup, delivery, or order items not on the website for shipping, or come shopping at the store during our open hours!
